The unit is not quite finished. There are NO PETS ALLOWED of any kind! Also there will be more landscaping before occupancy. There are minor issues we are addressing as well as finishing and cleaning the floors; in which the front bedroom has minor imperfections in the carpet. There will be more photos forthcoming. We will be reviewing any applications, contact the applicant(s) regarding any insufficient information and to arrange appointments to personally visit the unit. We WILL NOT show the unit without an application to know who or whom we are meeting due to security concerns. This protects us as well as the applicant.
