The apartment is a Tudor styled house with copper downspouts located at 1038 Belhaven Street. Belhaven University is located just across the street. It is quad-plex (2 upper Units & 2 lower units)with an interior stair located at the front and back of the house. These stairways separate the 4 units with the front stairway containing mailboxes and the back stairway containing a laundry area for use by all tenants. Each unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The house has hardwood floors throughout with the Kitchen having linoleum and the Bath having porcelain tile. There is parking for one car per unit at the back, all others must be relegated to street parking on Belhaven street. Water is included, all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
