Northwood Apartments is a 46-unit community in north St. Cloud offering studio, one bedroom, and one bedroom plus den apartment homes. Conveniently located next to Centennial Plaza Shopping Center, residents enjoy easy access to shopping, downtown St. Cloud, Highway 15, and Sauk Rapids. The community offers practical amenities including community laundry facilities, off-street parking, and convenient access to the bus line. Apartment features include a range, refrigerator, and air conditioning, with garbage disposals and dishwashers available in select units. Cats are welcome, making Northwood Apartments a comfortable and convenient place to call home. Utilities included in the rent are Heat, Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents are responsible for payment of electricity and optional internet or cable tv. Renter's Insurance is required for each resident. For every month no Renter's Insurance is supplied or maintained, a $12.00 fee will be charged. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.
