This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, lobby, lounge, library, pool access (typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting), and a sauna (temporarily unavailable). An additional pet fee of $100-300 applies based on stay length, collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be required to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
