There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day.
