Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is filled with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Building common area Wi-Fi is available for co-working.
