The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined total of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs are permitted. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee, and their presence can be declined. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
