The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees year-round, though guests cannot individually adjust the thermostat. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students or interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
