There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be at least 22 years old to book, except for students or interns. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
