Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and the minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
