Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
