The building controls the HVAC, so it automatically heats or cools depending on the season. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40 lbs. An additional pet fee of $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. The apartment offers a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
