Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and there is a maximum of two pets allowed with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding certain breeds. Guests must be mindful of noise, observing quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, with decibel sensors monitoring compliance. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check.
