An additional pet fee is applicable based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be subject to a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. This is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is prohibited within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, and common areas. A violation of the no-smoking policy may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
