The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range throughout the year, although guests cannot individually change their thermostats. Additionally, the apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services to make your visit even more comfortable, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, with police being called if this rule is broken.
