Featuring soaring ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor, this apartment offers the greatest amenities for your stay. Feel at home and book today! This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that complies with its historical preservation status, maintaining a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range throughout the year. However, guests are not able to individually change their thermostats. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout are available for additional fees. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the Warehouse District is a dynamic neighborhood often associated with the nearby North Loop. Known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere, the area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. The Warehouse District offers a diverse selection of rentals, from upscale apartments in modern developments to chic lofts in repurposed warehouses. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location and downtown are very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
