The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range throughout the year, although guests cannot individually adjust their thermostats. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, with a combined weight of 40 lbs. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional support animals may also incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies and common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a smart lock provides hassle-free and secure entry with a personalized access code. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
