The building also offers a bowling alley, golf simulator, fitness center with sauna, lobby lounge library, rooftop pool access, and a sky jacuzzi, typically open from May to early October, subject to weather. The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the stay length and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
