The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees throughout the year, although guests cannot individually change their thermostats. Enhance your stay with a variety of optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply for these services. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets allowed, weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 is based on the length of stay and collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are readily available, and the location is very walkable. This property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and any violation will result in police involvement.
