The 1st (ground level) and 2nd floors are offices but there is minimal noise during the day and no noise from above at night. The rent includes one on-site parking spot, in-unit washer and dryer, and utilities. The only thing not included is internet but there are cables for a router to be hooked up. Besides its own private entrance, there is also a recently remodeled shower. Per the City of Minneapolis license, this is a 'Tier 1' property. Although a basement apartment isn’t for everyone, previous tenants stayed between 2 and 6 years. Once here, it seems to make a good home. This lease is for twelve (12) months.
