This is a second floor duplex. There's a large shared front porch in the entrance and a small one on the second floor in back. The unit has hardwood floors all throughout the unit and has a lot of natural lighting. Now, things get a bit different for this unit because the way the unit is divided there are two Rooms (bedrooms), no living room or you can have a room as a Living Room, however this works for you.
