3333 Hennepin is a brand new boutique apartment building woven into the fabric of the South Uptown Neighborhood. This building was designed and built with sustainability and accessibility at the forefront of design. This building is completely electrified, which eliminates the use of fossil fuels. There is also an extensive solar array on the roof to provide renewable energy. 3333 Hennepin offers studio, one - and two-bedroom apartments. The deposit is $1,000 and the application fee is $45 per adult. We pay for all utilities except for electricity (residents pay direct to Xcel energy) and charge a $75 flat monthly fee. We are a pet friendly building, pets are allowed with a one-time $150 up front fee and $45 monthly pet rent for dogs and $25 for cats.
