All listed and shared amenities, including gyms and other building features, are available for guest use at your own risk. Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. This property offers self-check-in. For safety, security, and protection, all reservations require identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. A $250 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee. Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay. Construction or city maintenance near the property may occur. The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation without refund if there is evidence of house rule violations, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens the safety, property, or quiet enjoyment of other residents.
