These adjacent units offer a convenient and walkable location to everything in downtown Minneapolis. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and custom cabinetry. Enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, lobby/lounge/library, pool (seasonal), and sauna. Each unit also includes a Smart-TV with streaming apps and complimentary coffee. Pets are welcome with an additional fee of $100-300 based on stay length. The Mill District, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. Many of the historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions with the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music all located in the Mill District. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the location and downtown area are very walkable. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. No weapons or drugs are allowed.
