This apartment has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, access to a fitness center, a lobby/lounge/library, and a sauna. Pool access is available, weather permitting, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that the jacuzzi is temporarily unavailable. An additional pet fee, ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length, will be collected separately, with a maximum of two pets allowed (40lbs combined). Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are not permitted. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. The Mill District in Minneapolis, also known as Downtown East, is re-emerging as the city's historical and cultural epicenter. The legendary flour mills, once dominant along the St. Anthony Falls, have been revitalized, with many original buildings converted into elegant homes and office spaces. Many historic buildings have transformed into cultural attractions, including the Mill City Museum, Guthrie Theater, and MacPhail Center for Music. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old (except for students/interns). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal.
