Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
