The front sunroom makes for a sunny office or lounge. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, gas range, and refrigerator/freezer. The building includes washers and dryers and a complimentary storage unit. Heating and stove/oven gas and water/sewer are included in rent. Ample on street parking is available with the option for a reserved paid parking space along side the building.
Building owner pays for gas (heating/stove/oven), common area electricity, and water/sewer utilities. Renters pay for in-unit electric, internet & cable, and garbage/recycling. One in-window A/C unit provided per apartment, additional A/C units must be provided by renters.
