Urbane 218 is part of a program meant to help low to moderate-income individuals and families. To qualify, your total household income must be below a certain amount, based on your household size and the income threshold for the apartment you are applying for. To calculate income, Urbane 218 Apartments uses gross annual income (before taxes) for all household members 18 and older. When you apply for an apartment at Urbane 218, the leasing office will ask for documentation like pay stubs, tax returns, and other income proof to verify you qualify under the limits. The limits help determine which units you’re eligible for. Management will reverify income at lease renewal.
