Constructed in 1890 and designed by Oliver Traphagen in Romanesque Revival style, Chester Terrace has been a landmark in Duluth's Chester Park Neighborhood for nearly one and a half centuries. We’ll take out the trash – Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per adult and $5 per child is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place.
