The living room, dining room, bedroom, hallway and office have refinished hardwood floors by Newberg Flooring. Ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and bedroom. This little house is near the alley and has off-street parking next to the alley. It has a gas range and gas furnace. The bathroom has a slanted ceiling, a tub w/shower. Vinyl windows/screens throughout. This unit has an open front porch, and an enclosed back porch with some storage. Shared laundry on site in a separate building. Pets welcome with non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent. Elder dogs not used to being kenneled need not be kenneled or fixed. $35 processing fee per applicant. Our student residents have a parent/guardian guarantee of rent. All of our residents have excellent credit, background check, prior rental reference and verification of income of at least 2 1/2 to 3 times the monthly rent.
