It also comes with two folding memory foam twin-size beds, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for two, and a work desk with a lamp. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Shaker-style birch cabinets, granite countertops, and full-size Energy Star GE stainless steel appliances, including a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners are provided. Parking is free for monthly guests. For other guests, parking is available for $35 per day in the underground garage. Situated in Central Square, this apartment is conveniently located 10-15 minutes from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center, MGH, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center. The neighborhood offers excellent walkability and access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the best of the Boston/Cambridge area. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. Smoking and events are not allowed, and violations will result in a $1000 fee. All guests over 18 are required to submit a government photo ID and email address prior to access. Please close and lock all windows and doors when leaving, and ensure all food and beverage leftovers are disposed of outside the apartment. If a folding bed is needed, please inform us at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Additional guests may be accepted for an extra fee, and violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
