Upstairs, the tranquil bedroom features a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, desk, and TV for added comfort. Stay cool with central air, enjoy the convenience of nearby coin-op laundry, and relax in a calm setting that’s close to both academic and cultural landmarks. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15 per night. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. For any stays 28 days and longer, an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Pack n' Play and high chair available upon request for $10 per night.
