There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15 per night. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. Three days prior to arrival arrival instructions will be sent which contains a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
