This is a great apartment and location for the money! Water and trash service paid by Landlord. Close to great eateries and pubs and just down the street from the VA hospital, miles and miles of walking/biking trails along the Shunga, quick highway access, not far from grocery stores, Wanamaker corridor and more. Limited parking will only allow for one vehicle. Absolutely NO pets due to this apartment being located above a business. BEWARE of SCAMERS - Don't rely on 3rd party web sites.
