The Heights at Delaware Ridge Community is just a few minute's drive West of The Legends Shopping Center, Children's Mercy Park, Kansas Speedway and many other local attractions. The Community is tucked into the Delaware Ridge and Highlands neighborhood. The community is conveniently placed across the street from our designated elementary school.
