The front room has a comfortable couch, a swinging chair, an electric fireplace, and a custom exchange library. The kitchen has a custom coffee bar set-up. The living space extends to outdoors with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space has a bin for toys and yard games in the lawn, and a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables. There are also 2 self-inflating air mattresses to set up in both the family and living room if needed. Located in the historic downtown portion on Sunset Ave, this neighborhood is established, quiet, and peaceful. You'll see mature landscaping and a variety of homes, original, renovated, and new builds nearby. The neighborhood includes Sunset Park within walking distance as well as multiple avenues to access Boise's Greenbelt. There is easy access to Ridge to Rivers trails, The Greenbelt, downtown Boise and BSU Campus. Guests will prefer having their own transportation to get around town and experience Boise, as there is limited public transportation. The minimum age to rent is 21. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of furniture, and if the home is pet friendly, do not leave animals on furniture or alone without being crated. The grill must stay where it is and not be moved due to the fire inspectors regulation of it being 5 feet from the house. Outdoor and garage amenities (including BBQ grills, hot tubs, saunas, and recreational or storage items) are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While the host does their best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. The host is not liable for dissatisfaction related to these features. This home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to the location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife (ants, spiders, flies, squirrels, etc.) may be present. This is considered normal for the area and does not qualify for refunds. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood, and while it’s generally quiet, the host cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond the host's control. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, water), the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided.
