Westbury Park Apartments

Welcome to Westbury Park. We usually have one or two apartments vacated each month. We also generally renovate these vacant units, mostly focusing on replacing the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We list a unit available for rent once we have taken possession of a unit and have a good estimate of when it will be available for occupancy. We receive many calls each day and many emails. We receive a phone call every 10 minutes and we simply do not have the staff to answer the phone that often. Please register with Apartments.com and hit the Alert Me About Listings button on this page. We will then send you info by email about the application process and your ability to tour the unit. We will provide a time deadline for submitting an application. Once the deadline is reached, we will rank each applicant based on their net income. We will then run the credit and criminal background check on the the top 4 or 5 applicants. Once an applicant is selected and they sign a lease and pay the deposit, we will refund the application fee to the applicants that did not have a credit check performed.
