A PooPrints swab is required for all pets for which there will be a $50 swab processing fee. Non-refundable fees: Each Cat: $250 & each Dog: $600. Pets must have their checkups, shots, & be spayed or neutered by 12 months old. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file with us. Domestic birds or fish allowed with written approval from our onsite management team. No reptiles or exotic animals please. Fish tanks mustn't exceed 55 gallons. Breed Restrictions apply.
