It's a very quiet and relaxing residential neighborhood. There is a minimum age requirement of 30 years old to book the property. No more than 18 people are allowed at the property at any time. Outdoor music must be kept low and must end by 8:00 PM. Music or amplified sound should not be audible beyond the front gate. Security cameras monitor the outdoor perimeter and driveways; if cameras are tampered with, the partner reserves the right to visit the property to fix the issue. A maximum of 10 cars are allowed unless approved beforehand; no street parking. Treat this home like it’s your own; under no circumstances should there be loud noise or unauthorized gatherings. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 8 pm. No fireworks are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and will result in a $500 fine if violated. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out; if the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Unauthorized guests will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund; only the booked number of guests is permitted. Outdoor music must be kept low and not extend beyond the property boundary; no music is allowed outside from 8 pm to 8 am. Disturbances may lead to immediate removal without a refund. All external vendors must be approved prior to arrival and adhere to guest limits.
