If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. We allow up to one house-trained dog with a pet fee of $150. Located in the Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa, this property is designed for comfort and style. It's a short drive to Downtown Tampa and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping, with easy access to major roadways. Expect to find a good selection of local businesses, including grocery stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, and shopping. Nearby attractions include the Florida Aquarium, Downtown Tampa, and Tampa Bay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
