Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). A smart phone is required for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smart phone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves.
