Pets are welcome with a fee structure as follows: short stays are $25 per pet, per night, 8–28 nights are a flat $200 fee per pet, and 29+ nights are a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in is available for $25 for 2PM or $50 for 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 for 12PM, subject to approval. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment puts you in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Whether you're looking to explore the city's rich cultural tapestry or simply enjoy the convenience of having top-tier dining and shopping venues within walking distance, this location serves as the perfect base. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. Explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep. Catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation, per building rules. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
