Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged, up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; third, immediate eviction with no refund.
