Early check-in is available for $25 at 2PM or $50 at 12PM, subject to approval. Late check-out is available for $25 at 12PM, subject to approval. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The locks for the building work through a smartphone application, and you are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
