Pet cleaning fees apply, with short stays costing $25 per pet per night, 8–28 nights costing a flat $200 fee per pet, and 29+ nights costing a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM is available for $25 or $50 respectively, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. Catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends), with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. Unregistered pet fee: $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only 1 unique mailbox key per apartment.
