Pet cleaning fees apply, with short stays costing $25 per pet per night, 8–28 nights costing a flat $200 fee per pet, and 29+ nights costing a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in at 2PM or 12PM and late check-out at 12PM are available for $25 or $50, respectively, subject to approval. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, no Pitbulls are allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. The fee for an unregistered pet is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip, as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control.
