Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. There is an unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. All dirty dishes and cookware must be loaded and the dishwasher started. Food waste should be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal.
