Hi!! I'm looking for a female (ideally a student or grad student) to take over my lease ASAP! The going rate would be below what the current rate is at Avalon Heights complex! Avalon Heights is right across the street from USF- Tampa campus, making it super convenient for students. It takes not even 5 minutes to walk from the complex to the Marshall Student Center. The apartment is a 4br, 4br. It is very spacious and very private, coming with your own room, walk in closet, large bathroom, and private balcony overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. The apartment complex itself has free printing (so long as you provide paper), a nice gym, and parking comes at a one time fee of $50. If you are willing to live with a (very sweet) cat, please let me know! All of the roommates are friendly and prefer to live with ONLY FEMALES. However, there is one male living in the apartment so it is now co-ed (he is into males and is really nice, he just prefers to live with girls). Unit features include: Tiled stand-up shower, furnished apartments, ceiling fans, leather-style furniture, TV in the living room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a garbage disposal, dishwasher, full-sized beds, full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, sprinkler system in each unit, and individually locking bedroom doors.
