Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
