It is available for rent ASAP and can begin payments March 1st. I’m looking to find a sublease quickly so I’m now offering HALF OFF on the rent! The apartment is furnished and a mile away from USF. Comes with a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and everything in the common area. Includes private patio on the second floor, auto-lock front door with a key fob, and newly installed black appliances. My current lease expires on 7/31.
