Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed.
