Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and pitbulls are not allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. There is a $100 fee per pet for unregistered pets. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can.
