Tourism and entertainment options include Glazer Children’s Museum, Al Lopez Park, Tampa Theatre, and Tampa Museum of Art. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends); penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first violation, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. There is a $100 fee for a missing keyfob. You must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Amenities outside of the apartment (e.g. gym) are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control.
